The Services help teams observe, evaluate, and improve AI agents and related workflows. Some features may allow you to connect third-party services (such as GitHub) and to generate changes (for example, diffs or pull requests) at your direction.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms (including provider terms for any integrations you enable).
- You must not use the Services to violate others’ rights, compromise security, or distribute malware.
- You must not interfere with or disrupt the Services, including attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, or other security measures.
Customer content
You (and your organization) retain your rights in content you submit to or make available through the Services, including code, repository content, agent traces, prompts, and related data (“Customer Content”).
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content as needed to provide and improve the Services, operate integrations you enable, and maintain security.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide Customer Content and to grant the license above.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
Beta and early access
Some features may be offered in beta or early access. These features may change, be discontinued, or have limited reliability.
Termination
